I received a Red Tag (Shut Off notice) what does it mean?
Example of Reg Tag informaiton:
URGENT NOTICE REGARDING WATER SERVICE
Your water service is scheduled to be shut off on [Month/Day]

This needs to be paid at the Denair Community Services District office before the scheduled shut-off date above. An additional Reconnection fee will be charged if your service is shut off *.
If you have any questions, please visit or call the office at the phone number above, or leave a message with contact information, prior to the shut-off date.

- If you receive a reg tag (shut off notice) please make a payment before the scheduled shut off date or contact the office at 209-634-4986 to make payment arrangements to prevent shut off. If payment or arrangements are not made by the shut off date on the red tag the water will be shut off and reconnection fees will apply.
What address do I mail my payment to?
Mail to P.O. Box 217 Denair CA 95316. Please make checks or money orders payable to Denair Community Services District or "DCSD". Be sure to enclose the stub portion of the bill and/or include your service location or account number to ensure the payment goes to the correct account. For your own protection, please do not send cash via mail.
How do I apply for service?
You can apply in person, over the phone or through the New Customer Link on our websites home page.
Termination of Service
If you would like to terminate service, you may request your service to be turned off by either phone 209-634-4986 or in person at 3850 N. Gratton Road Denair CA 95316 or the Discontinuance of Service Link on our website under New/Existing Customer
Help finding my bill via email?
Email statements are sent on the last business day of each month. The bill comes from a no-reply email with "DCSD Statement" in the subject line. If you can't find your statement in your inbox, please look in your spam/junk folder or search DCSD in the search bar in your email.
Can I pay my bill over the phone or online?
You can pay your bill over the phone or online using your credit or debit card with a service fee.
Can I make an arrangement to pay my past due bill?
To avoid termination of services you must contact the District office 209-634-4986 or in person at 3850 N. Gratton Road to make arrangements to pay the past due prior to disconnect date.
When is my bill due?
Bills are due on the 15th of every month.
Do you have a drop box?
A drop box is located outside the District Office building for your convenience. For your own protection, please do not place cash in the drop box.
How do I report a neighbor who is misusing water?
To report someone who is misusing water, call 209-634-4986 to speak with the staff.
Is there an additional fee for filling up a pool?
Swimming pool fill-ups are charged by gallons of water used at the current District rate for water use. No additional fees will be added to your bill for pool fill-ups.
I need to sign up for Garbage Service?
We provide sewer and water service only to those properties located with the Denair Community Services District boundary. Please contact Turlock Scavenger to sign up for garbage service at 209-668-7274 or at https://turlockscavengercompany.com/
Yard or Garage Sales:
Denair falls under Stanislaus County for all permits for yard and/or garage sales. Stanisluas Public Works 209-525-4130.
Center Rental Questions:
To find more information about our rental facilities, please go to Services on the top of our website. We have two centers: the Community Center and the Senior Center (the park is not included in the rental). If you have any more questions please call the office at 209-634-4986.
