As owner of the property listed above, I understand I am responsible for any unpaid debts that may accrue through the use of District sewer service and/or water service consumed/used on the property, including but not limited to renter or lessee. As property owner I acknowledge and agree that the sewer service and/or water service is provided in conformance with the District Ordinance as amended time to time by the Board of Directors. * Meters are read on or around the 25th of each month. Bills are sent out the LAST business day of the month. Payments are due by the 15th of each month & can be made by Check or Cash or Card with a 3.5% fee. Please contact the District to check for rates
